In line with its commitment to academia-industry collaboration and bridging theoretical knowledge with industry practice, Dalong Biotech welcomed faculty and students from the Department of Health Industry Technology Management at Chung Shan Medical University to its GMP biotech food manufacturing facility on March 24, 2026.
The visit was led by Associate Professor Kun-Ming Lai , who brought students enrolled in the “Food Safety Systems Case Study” course for an immersive, on-site study experience. During the visit, Dalong Biotech’s professional team provided in-depth explanations of the company’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS) operations, manufacturing process controls, and quality assurance framework — giving students a deep, practical understanding of health industry management as it exists in the real world.
The visit concluded successfully, and the university presented Dalong Biotech with a formal letter of appreciation in recognition of the professional guided tour and educational support provided.
